Shipping Fees

Shipping within Japan is ¥1,000 (tax included) nationwide, except for: Hokkaido / Okinawa: ¥1,500 (tax included)

Shipping is free for orders over ¥15,000.

 

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using our designated shipping method.

Customers cannot select the shipping carrier, delivery date, or delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders usually arrive 3–4 days after shipment. (For remote islands, delivery may take 5–6 days)

Delivery times may be delayed due to natural disasters or large-scale events in certain areas.

Damages During Shipping

We take great care in packing products to avoid dents or scratches on the outer box before shipment.

However, damages caused during transportation may occur after the package is handed over to the delivery company.

Minor dents or scratches on the outer packaging that do not affect product use are considered acceptable.
