At Smood, customers may request a return or exchange for personal reasons.
Please submit a request through the contact form and ship the item back within 8 days of receiving your order.

For returns due to customer preference, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that the original shipping fee cannot be refunded.

If the item you received is defective or different from what you ordered, we will arrange a return or exchange as soon as possible based on your request.
